Whether we like it or not, it's totally logical and realistic. People get pregnant when they have sex, and boy, do they have sex! Like, after they did it the second time I was already thinking how unrealistic it would be is she did NOT end up pregnant.
Also pregnancy arc is just so shiiiiitttt its not fun anymore
