It's not over yet and I recommend it if you haven't read it, but Our Sunny Days is sublime.
Spinach Bouquet- the sex scenes are only in the side stories once they're together and the characters are heavy on consent which is amazing. If you're not convinced, usually one look at the comments for it can vouch how good it is

Don't Build My Hopes Up. The first season is all sweet pining and longing in the most beautiful way. They don't have sex until after they get together, and even that happens slowly and patiently. Such rare pacing that I love.
