Pretty sure she's still in love with him. In the first chapter when mc was like "why aren't you with your new bf, you should be with him" blablabla, there was a panel where you could only see her mouth, but it feels like it was a disappointed reaction.
why did she cry when she sees the mc? like she has a new bf, and then she sees the mc and cried???? there's definitely somethings going on.
