I don’t think so. Unless someone incorporates omegaverse into guideverse it probably won’t happen. Guideverse doesn’t change the biology or reproductive organs in the characters there for not making it possible. I have read like 90% of the guidverses i can find one here and have yet to find one even hinting at the chance of mpreg.
I know this will come but i wanna know somethi g else.is there any manga or manhwa or manhua about guideverse but mpreg. Im curious
