it could also be that Haesoo is subconsciously suppressing her thoughts of Mincheol because of Taeha. Taeha is so suffocating that there’s no time to think about Mincheol (in a good way, i think). but i also want to be positive and say that she’s healing and just doesn’t think about Mincheol anymore. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
It is correct to think that Na Haesu wouldn’t move on quickly but I think it was a bit of both why she could move on. First, her present with Kang Mincheol corroded the sweetness of their past. Second, Taeha did become an overwhelming presence in her life. He was there for her at her lowest, almost like an escape from her reality. I think she also wants to avoid thinking about Mincheol in general. Those memories are just painful, questioning over and over again where it all went wrong. Where she went wrong. Regrets and pain is all it will bring.
When i first started reading it,i thought Haesoo won't be able to move on easily.She just gave this codependent vibe bcs of her meek nature perhaps,and initially it seemed so too that she would hold onto him longer,so i prepared myself to be pissed at her in advance,bcs i like strong girls who don't tolerate no bullshit
But now that so much time has passed,and it happened slow and steadily,i didn't realise i should actually be surprised,bcs of how fast she moved on,like she rarely thinks about mincheol now,all her thoughts are occupied with Taeha.Now i wonder,Is it Taeha's magic or Haesoo's strength that did it
