Im not good at explaining things and I forgot most of what it was supposed to symbolize BUT its supposed to be a representation of temptation or whatever. Basically the story of Adam and eve in the Bible, like how God (the man who told Dennis not to trust anyone out there) told Adam and eve not to eat the apple (todd) and Dennis (eve) ate the damn apple (todd) literally and figuratively. And as you know in the Bible the snake(the devil) told eve to eat the apple which she did so she sinned. And in the story Dennis began hanging around and trusting Todd even after the man told him not to which represents him sinning or eating the forbidden fruit which ends up in the sheep dying since sheep/lamb are seen as pure and them dying represents dennis's sins and by the end of it he becomes a lamb and ends up killing himself because he's sinning or whatever. OR it could represent how humans will go as far as sinning and doing evil things for our own temptations and desires. Don't take my word for it tho
I could literally stare at every panel for hours appreciating, art style is that good, but what the hell?? I don’t get anything what was Tod’s aim anyways? And I expected Dennis to be smarter lmao why didn’t he take the sheep back first or like why mention you made a friend at all??? I could just ramble on but seriously not cool man we need explanations ヽ(`Д´)ノ
