Same, for a while after the adult chapters started I kept trying to give benefit of the doubt and thinking "ok maybe it's not supposed to come off as flirty, you can still read that as platonic kind of" but it became impossible to ignore. I was reading it specifically for the adopted family vibe so I felt bait & switched.
At least the comment section serves as a warning at this point!
I wish the ship bait was posted separately instead of combined with the main comic. I don’t really have an issue with people liking it, but it’s annoying to get jump-scared by it every few chapters. It actually got so annoying I stopped reading.
Or at least update the genre/description so people know they’re going to get some Usagi Drop shit in here lol. The reason people are pissed is they click expecting one thing and it turns out to be something different.
