I track my anime and manga on about 5 different websites, and I also keep lists on onenote, excel, sheets, and notion though I haven’t updated the sheets and notion ones recently

I’m cooked if this site ever goes down tbh. I remember last time it went down I tried to remember everything I was reading and couldnt do it. When the site came back up I realized there were many I hadn’t been up to date on.

I bookmark the pages on my iPad and/or screenshot the front page.

As for mangas, I have a Google sheet, but I haven't updated it in years. I should tho
