What do you all think about her brother? He’s such a multifaceted character. He’s not all bad but he’s not all good if we consider his actions in her 2nd life. I don’t know how to feel about him, I just know I can’t hate him ugh. Feelings are so complicated.

There is no character in this story that is all good. As Ines said in ep82, she loves her brother even though she tried not to love nor hate him.

I remembered from the novel that luciano had always been prioritizing ines above all else, crown prince had been threatening him from time to time (that includes telling him that he will SA ines if luciano doesn't follow him) that's why he was forced to kill emilliano bcuz the shitty crown prince told him to

Emiliano was never her fiancé. Oscar, the crown prince was her fiancé. Emiliano even said it in the last chapter he appeared in. He said that his life was peaceful now because he was no longer the painter who would paint Ines and she was no longer the crown prince’s fiancée. A big reason why that timeline turned out tragically in the first place is because Ines was the crown prince’s fiancé and by running away with another man, the entire country condemned her. No one knew she had regressed so no one understood why she would run anway after being in a romantic relationship with the crown prince for 10 years.

As to Luciano, Ines reasoned that Luciano was under a lot of pressure from the imperial family because she ran away leaving her family is deep trouble. She believes Luciano made a cold decision to kill the man she ran away with because of the circumstances. That’s why she blames herself for the tragedy and not her brother.
