You are correct, except there is a side story before the epilogue. Where everyone was clueless about their relationship then Josh's workmates bet why he is always missing. Chase health deteriorating - need to separate Josh from him. Chase renting the whole mall for Pete and meeting Josh family. Josh revealing his relationship with his coworkers and their priceless reaction lol

Beach scene is basically Josh getting told to go greet Chase cuz he went in vacation all of a sudden and Chase got mad so Mark asked him to go to Chases room and greet him. Josh goes to his room Chase isn't there but he saw a secret door leading to the beach and there he saw Chase and like the tesion was high and they ended up kissing at the beach and rubbing and eventually they went back to the room and fucked...
And then they fucked everytime they had the chance
A few things I remember is the sus doctor works for Grayson and basically they were the once behind the chocolate being drugged and druggung Chase.
Chase did NOT fuck a dog that was just Grayson taking advantage of the fact Chase can't remember anything after getting injected cuz Chase refuses to fuck anyone before.
Everytime Chase gets his rut he gets injected with sedatives insted of releasing his pheromones thru sex and it causes Chase to get too groggy and forget everything.
Isaac got outted by Seth that he liked Josh and Henry likes Isaac
Isaac tried to get with Josh but Josh was like the only person he'll be with is Peters "Mom" and that conversation wa overheard by Chase... Yay
Chase got kidnapped because he wanted to buy a watch he got saved obviously by Josh and the others but Josh's ear piece went flying which revealed his mark and he got outted as an Omega
A crazy bitch named Becky went to Chase room thinking she's y/n only to be rejected and accidentally shot Henry. He's fine tho
Chase and Josh basically got together but Chase was under the impression that the woman who marked Josh was a deadbeat who left Josh. Either way Chase was happy because Josh offered to introduce Peter to him which means Josh is serious about the relationship .
Chase meets Peter in the amusement park he rented and he was very awkward at first but started boding with Peter later on BUT Chase heard a dog and lost Peter but its all good he found him again but Peter lost Jason his favourite toy plush. After all that fiasco when thing calmed down was when Josh finally revealed Peter is Chase's kid finally....
Epilogue is literally just the kids and Chase waiting for Josh to land on the airport.....
Overall maybe I read wonk tl but I felt that the ending was a bit too rushed for my liking but yeah who knows hahaha
