Seohan saved him like 10 years prior, and Woochan made a wish to help him in the future if they meet again. However, the system makes Woochan forget this memory alongside the traumatic events that lead up to him being saved while for Seohan, he probably just forgot since it's been about 15 years and he was still a kid at that time.
