Interesting take on the whole figthing back thing, i honestly thought he fought back because he wanted somehow impress Incheol now that he's into him, but i might be wrong! So fun to read all the different takes on the scene!
i thought the same at first but after seeing how lonely and almost sad he looked when incheol walked out, it felt more like he was trying to communicate his frustration with him and that incheol rejected that by walking away, reminding him how little he knows of this man that he wants to badly and how incheol could be gone at any second, that’s why he went straight back to the apartment after the match i think he was gonna go see him but ended up collapsing on the steps
You might be totally right here, and honestly, I really hope that’s the case it would show that Ahn is way more emotionally attached than he’s letting on. In the latest chapter, we finally get a little glimpse of his sexual interest in Incheol, and just the tiniest bit of emotional interest too. It’s still pretty subtle, but if your theory is right, then maybe our boy just has this young adult crush on an older guy.
I actually think that even though he’s slept around and is into kinky stuff, he’s still kind of emotionally innocent. And this frustration that he feels and doesn't really know how to deal with it just shows his inexperience
I love this take so much as well. This was actually the exact same frustation he felt when Incheol was giving him a blowjob. Cause Incheol was, again, doing it because he was tryna find a different angle "different approach" that Rep Lee suggest he try. Not because he wants to. The boxer guy wants to have complete control over Incheol at this point in the story born out of his unprecedented interest in this fancy business suit gentleman who barged into his life outta nowhere. I really want to see how the trajectory of this obsession fans out from here. I haven't read a bl this good in ages.

i keep back to this bc im obsessed but i would like to add more of my thoughts to this…
so until now we’ve all thought that pyeonghwa rlly didn’t care and found incheol as nothing but an annoying business man trying to get him to sell his gym (which he most def had no plans in selling regardless) but after seeing everything through his pov it all opens a new perspective i mean imagine this:
you’re this gay guy who lives a relatively quiet and uneventful life, you’re routine is the same everyday: exhaust yourself at work during day, have hardcore say gex during night.. all of a sudden this handsome older man intervenes himself into your life, constantly waiting for you to come home late at night just to tell you “I’ll help you with anything you need”, you reject him everytime as you can see through his bullshit and you know that he’s just doing all this for business purposes but you’ve never had someone look you in the eye and ask you “what happened?” like that so it makes you feel some type of way. you become a bit more interested in him and try to take advantage of this situation by offering two different situations: say gex, or getting beat up (being completely contempt with either) instead of just picking the easiest one (getting beat up) he keeps doing weird things such as looking after you and suggesting you go to the hospital. making you feel that he cares despite knowing he doesn’t actually care. and not to mention he is attractive inside and out, so much so you can’t even get excited from the things you used to. you cant even buss a nut without him now
