Exactly lots of these romance manhwas say historical as well but its loosely used or the historical aspect is very obviously underdeveloped I think this one does pretty good at fleshing out the world and it's system and how to active change it not just the power of love and friendship theres infighting and like playing chess of the long run affects of these plans they have and that it should actually benefit the people as well
