Ik what the ml did wasn't right but u gotta understand that the ml has faced so many people trying to kill him before so it's only right that he's paranoid , its not either of their faults though , so I think ml and mc just get together in a way that they accept and learn to trust each other , atleast tahts what happens in the novel ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I genuinely didn't expect him to apologize, like it was a genuine apology not one of those "well I am sorry you feel bad or whatever" those shitty tsundere apologies that should be left somewhere in a gutter. Still annoying but because of the bare minimum he has achieved I won't drop it, usually when ml are that assholeish it takes away the fantasy, but again bare minimum achieved so I can somewhat see him falling for ml
