Delicious especially when fried or sumn.. with seasoning its delicious.. it might be an acquired taste raw for most and cooked but it can be a staple on a good plate.
uhhh its honestly difficult to describe. kinda like broccoli stem but thinner? or maybe green beans (idk if u have those in ur country either). it tastes a little bit earthy/grassy. if u roast it, it brings out a kinda sweeter nutty flavor. i like it tbh, top 20 fav vegetables.
