I read up to chapter 24 in other sites (not sure why chaps 23 and 24 are not here yet) but from what I could understand from a conversation between the demon kings in the hell realm:
1) Og human Isabella is stuck as a dog and is under the demon king Lilith's care;
2) the reason angel Gabriel attacked child Bella is because Bella being born as the new Lord of Contracts was a sign that Gabriel's own lover who'd gone missing, the previous Lord of Contracts, was already dead;
3) Dantalion might have a crush on Bella (the mc) and,
4) It wasn't Dantalion that sent Bella back to the human world (and stuck her in ahuman body), but Lilith (the overlord demon king) was the one who had something to do with it, and Lilith did it in order to *help* Bella solve some problem with her own soul or life force, that Bella herself was still pretty much unaware of... Last:
5) The human knight turned emperor that betrayed Bella in the past has been reincarnated again as a human in this lifetime, once more.
