I'm pretty sure it's because of the sport they play. They call it cauliflower ears another Honey bear has the same thing (another Bl)
it’s because of trauma to the ears from fighting !! (those who participate in mma, ufc, boxing, etc. usually end up with some sort of cauliflower ear!)
boxers have those ears cuz they get punched there a lot its cuz of the sport lmao
