No, but Doc Dan improves here, although in the middle he throws himself to jjk, and jjk just goes for it, not reflecting at all, they both bad. Then things get better a little. Doc Dan has sleep walking sickness, Jjk has to pull him out of the ocean once, doc dan disappears again, Jjk saw footprints outside the house, went to the ocean, jumped to one boat throwing a fit since he thought Dan went into the ocean asleep again, turns out it was some random guy and Dan saw him. Jjk hugs him. This isn't very detailed, just what happened. Then Grandma is still alive, Jjk's old trainer (the one who taught him boxing and saved him from being like his father) turns out to be one of the oatients in the hospital doc dan works now. They met there, jjk backstory starts, jjk's dad was once a boxer or kickboxer (he was a no name) and then became a druggie, a drunkard, hits jjk, starves jjk, old coach's mom did what jjk's father can't, fed him and took care of him while coach teaches him boxing, then when jjk won at a competition, he ran to their house, wants to make his father knows he's not gonna end up like him, he can win and all, then saw his father dead, overdosed with drugs. Backstory ends, Jjk gets sick, doc dan helps him. Jjk talks to Doc Dan to come with him to Seoul, help him prepare for his upcomming matches, then he will consider doc dan's debt to him (you know how jjk paid for his debt) paid. and jjk promises they can go back and forth for doc dan's grandma who's receiving treatment there (he will drive doc dan from seoul to the province every weekend i think or when they're free) and go with dan for his treatment/therapy for his sleep walking. That sums it up ig.
Oh man for real? It sounds like there hasn’t been real progress then. I’m kind of glad I dropped it. I’m gonna come back for potatoes story, I like that one a whole lot better. Hopefully it doesn’t turn out bad. Thank you for the summary

Can anyone summarize the story for me? I was into it the first couple of chapters but then the abuse kept on going for 20 chapters then 30 then 40 and then 50 and then does it keep going???? Like has it stopped? I’ve been scrolling here and there and I know at some point they gave the top’s backstory but for the love of god I could not feel bad for him, like I think he’s dad abused him or hit him or something, is that why he’s an asshole? I was expecting more with how fucked up he is if I’m being honest. Also Dan, does he ever stand up for himself or is he just a punching bad and like a walking fleshlight for the top (forgive my crassness)? I know it was implied in earlier chapters that they liked each other but are they a couple yet? Have their problems been resolved? Also is the grandma dead? I feel like she’ll outlive all of us at this point
