I think it's that she stole shirones knowledge of his light magic and since he doesn't remember how he used the wind magic as a kid, she can't take that because even he doesn't know how to use it.

Didn't the mc used a strong wind magic before when he was a kid without proper knowledge or training? Can she stole it (wind magic) or did she completely stole his magic in general?
