To clarify you, it's just her childhood friend, that's why she said not to mention anything because it's also bad to talk about another man, specially if the emperors hears it, yea? hehehehe, anyw, I'm thinking that her new body guard, the one who took off their beard, was the childhood friend her mother has before, because the guy compared her to someone that act and looks exactly like her mother. So i think they're just platonically friends or one sided, but I'd love to think that they're good friends :D

The sudden hit of tragic mid the story really took me out. Fuhhh you mean her older brother and mom died . Also can anyone please clarify or tell me about that one panel on which her Mom told her that she's seeing someone and told her to be quiet and never spoke to anyone abt it? Does it mean she's an illegitimate child or her supposed brother is an illegitimate child?
