Looks kinda familiar but its only cuz i read one that the girl asked the Guy to date, have sex or something because she didnt got her period yet so she was worried . There was this scene she was feeling bad turns out It was cramps só she got her period. She and the Guy were happy lol

Guys can you please help find a shoujo manga I asked before too but no one really replied:( i read it a year ago I think and the first chapter was little something like there was Sports lesson, students were running but there was a girl who stopped half way because she had very bad stomach pain than a guy comes and Carry's her to the nurse office where she finds it's her period cramps. I don't really remember a lot Because at that time it was only 1 chapter that came out and i forgot to save it too
