this story has 3 parts. after the first timeline, both Aeroc & Kloff regressed, but into different timelines.
in the second timeline (season 2 of the manhwa), only Aeroc regressed. Kloff didn’t, but he had dreams about the first timeline, which he always dismissed as just dreams. the story was told from Kloff’s POV.
in the third timeline, only Kloff regressed. Aeroc had no memories or dreams of the previous timelines, and the narration switched to Aeroc’s POV. this time, he didn’t fall in love with Kloff at first sight in the rose garden because he thought Kloff was a madman crashing his tea party. (Kloff regressed during that tea party, so he acted aggressively toward Aeroc, who was just confused and didn’t even know his name yet).
so basically, they both got a second chance, but the story changes depending on who regressed. the novel explains their actions much better, making it easier to understand why they behave the way they do.
Thank you for the explanation! I just start to reread the whole story for better understanding, some part was confusing…where did you read the novel? Can you drop a link pls? ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
When I say the third part genuinely terrifies me... I'm thinking of just staying with this second bit, because I enjoy angst, but the third part is as bad as the torture of the first one, or even more.
