Dont think you can reset your password if you forgot your current one. And I'm guessing ur "actually getting a reply" means u contacted mangago. When you get a reply, its usually not answered back quickly or not at all.

If u mean change your password, just go to settings and scroll down, write your current password on the little tab given along with your new password and the confirm password.
