If you are looking for somewhat fluff kind of yaoi heres my recommendations: Sunny Days, Honey Bear, Reunion, Cherry Blossoms After Winter and Dangerous Convenience Store. All of these series have solid relationships before getting into the sexual stuff, so they are indeed yaoi, some are just slow burns while others kick off faster, but not too fast and its all pretty consensual.
