Is the baby from the wife's belly alive????? I need update!!!!!

I knoooww righhtt!? Like, I thought we would get answers but I guess not. I'm just going to assume the baby IS alive in an incubator or something that's sustaining its life.

I really need to know too, but they said "he" so maybe just the baby? What a pity, him and the wife looked really wholesome
