I like this theory
Its almost like head is a spectator now. He knows everything and remembers everything yet due to lack of Henry’s heart in his current body he doesn’t feel the same way he used to feel for Victor. Must be like watching a movie or smt.
head probably knows things because he also has the brain, hence the memory retention. my guess is head knows history is repeating itself. back then, the doctor may have only liked henry for his appearance which might have made him feel unloved, resorting to cheating or whatever. this will probably end with a realization on both sides as the doctor clearly has no idea about love.
