Yanu was already chillin with society. Amon outcasted himself but he continued to attract flocks.

To be fair, Yanu is a social butterfly compared to Amon. And i got something to rant about that

Amon allowed and built a society to worship him and to take care of Nain, mainly to fulfill whatever it was that Nain carelessly babbled on from the past and altho his intentions were pure, it instead contributed to Nain’s deterioration and the main factor is because he didn’t know the reason why Amon is the way he is and his lack of understanding of the one person he cherish while also just being prone to insanity as a dragon’s mate. Nain wasn’t this weak, in fact he was intelligent and had great skill in handling the political and economic affairs of trastasa as a politician altho he faced some difficulties with his longevity which is how he became the Nain we see rn, it’s the result of years of mistreatment and trauma that piled up, something between 500 years worth of bad experiences, while Eyra and Yanu has only been together for less. Not to mention, Amon was already in fight mode pretty soon when Nain was discovered to be his mate bc he faced near death by Amon’s own worshippers. So I don’t blame Nain for being babied, Amon is protecting Nain who is nothing more but an ordinary person.

Eyra on the other hand is a wizard, far from an ordinary person like Nain or any other dragon mate who are all nothing more but just immortals. ofc Eyra is much stronger bc he had an advantage which was magic to protect himself from both outsiders and Yanu himself, which Nain had none of and neither the knowledge about dragons and their behaviour which made regulating and understanding Yanu easier for Eyra. It doesn’t feel fair to compare Nain and Eyra when they have incredibly different situations, especially bc Eyra is also the only anomaly among all known dragon mates, he had everything from the start.
