Generally males have no periods like women do but but its harder for them to give birth.. Commonly they deal with heavy ass heat cycles to compensate-ex fevers, chills etc. still fertility issues. Women whether omega or alphas have periods probably (im guessing) heavier flows than beta aka regulars
If we try to apply logical reasoning to omegaverse, then I’d say omegas won’t have periods since they get heats.
Most non-primate mammals and other vertebrates have estrous cycles, which causes them to go into heat.
Humans and other primates have menstrual cycles, so periods.
The whole point of these cycles is reproduction, so if omegas go into heat there would be no reason to also have a period, and if they have periods then there would be no reason for them to suffer though heats.
