its because Geonah is making his entire world his world (ml). Everything about the coffee shop screams ML tastes which makes Geonah not have a mind of his own because everything he is doing is to appease the ML. Hyesung thought that for once Geonah was finally doing something he wanted and ofc he doesn’t have the entire story but for him it looks like Geonah is just doing something the ML likes, and not him have the passion itself which is why he is pissed. Like from an outside perspective it looks like Geonah doing whatever the ML wants and as his friend he doesn’t like that. Geonah is def the type to lose himself in a relationship and making everything possible for their partner, which is not bad, but it gets to a point that only wanting to appease your partner and going along with everything they say is not good
