Yeah, that's the bootstrap paradox: Kim Suho/Lloyd Fronterra are stuck in a self creating causal loop. I think this plot point is lowksy kind of unnecessary because the author spent so long establishing that Kim Suho and Lloyd Fronterra are two separate beings—an example of this being that despite Kim Suho not being Lloyd Fronterra, the Fronterra parents still accept him as a son. I don't really mind it that much though, this manhwa is a 10/10.
