The author posted on Twitter last chapter that she wasn't going to continue the smut in this chapter, that ml/mc aren't ready to go further just yet and we will have to wait a bit longer for it :) something like that

I swear they have a degree in edging with the way previous chapter ended thank you for letting me know though!
