The list on his back is the “ledger” and honestly I’m not entirely sure about it but I think it’s a list of names of people who also died of the drug the secretary used.
It’s basically proof that the Center director (the one who sold Saein to the prosecutor) has been up to shady business.
If I’m remembering correctly it’s the names of people who are helping the ML (prosecutor) because they also had members of their family explode because of the virus or have been somehow injured by the mother or pharmacist guy (I THINK)
