The clue is their clothing. Ines’s clothes are distinctly different. In the present she’s wearing a blouse buttoned to her neck. In the hazy panel with she and Carcel, she’s wearing a bodice with a square or rectangle neckline. Also, it’s not a vision. She’s experiencing something like deju vu so it has to be a memory and not a prophecy of the future.

They dropped a lot of hints. Trash prince Oscar was even laughing at carcel's face in their second life, that he stole ines from his and he doesn't even realise it. When emiliano and carcel were talking a few chapters back, carcel remembered those words and blamed himself that he didn't remember anything. That because of him ines suffered so much. But maybe because o already knew it before, i picked up on those hints but those who don't know didn't realise anything. They've been foreshadowing this for a while now before the big reveal.
