I think the 'dog' is used to running away. He way overreacted. And when he get mad at the too much tsundere type he can say so, he didn't have to torture him with isolation.

Well, there's a limit to how tsundere you can be, too much of it will not be good. Ofc you don't have to like someone just because they like you, or let them thrust into you if you don't want to go that far. But if the dog doesn't get what he wants, he'll eventually seek it somewhere else, I think. He wants to be loved and for his partner to say it back. Or else he won't be truly happy. We can now see in the newest chapter that the tsundere misses his dog, he must mean something to him. Now when the dog is gone, tsundere realises that he likes him. I think it's pretty rude to just leave like that, leave a note or something. The tsundere didn't mean for the dog to leave him completely, but I guess the dog took that as a rejection.
