Idk people hate Victor so much but it’s like a dilemma “ What comes first? Chicken or egg”
Henry’s twisted way of loving Victor made Victor think Henry didn’t love him, that’s why he didn’t care about Henry’s heart. Or Victor didn’t care about Henry’s heart first that’s why Henry started his twisted way of loving Victor?
They are both toxic and twisted in their own ways that’s why we can’t use normal logic.
You can see that Victor was never loved properly before, but maybe so did Henry? Because Victor too, wasn’t capable of loving someone properly?
Also I don’t think Victor only care for Henry’s looks he’s just obsessive with Henry as a monster (Like in his thought in ch 10) but not Henry as a person
