I mean he was taking birth control pills before he decided to settle down and get bitten, so that means his body was healthy and working normally. No, I think sensei will focus on the second couple so there won't be unnecessary problem for Karasuma. I have a slight hope that he's already pregnant :)
I'm hoping for the same. in the panel where he was holding his stomach, he said that he "couldn't". since it's in past tense, something must've happened... it could be something else other than not being able to conceive, for example a miscarriage. i really hope dat sensei would make a closure on this issue :3
He's also like 30/31 meaning it starts to get harder to have children. So it could be one of two things 1) He's sorry he can't start a family just yet because of his business position (people are already dicks to omegas and if he went on leave it could look bad for him/ people will just try to devalue him in his position)or 2) He's had no luck so far and WANTS to try for kids and it's just not happening yet and he feels like it's his fault or things are not going as planned. 3) third option that I'm not sure of is "I want to have kids but I don't want to have kids" Like he wants a family with his beloved but he's scared because he's not good with kids so doubting his abilities as a parent.
same, I'm kinda worried about what'd he do with his business position if he ever gets pregnant. He's already being treated badly by the director(being told that his position is no different than a common employee) since being paired. If he does get pregnant then there's a possibility that he'll have to quit, or at least step down from his current position. However, it seems to me that he also wishes to have a child, considering his sex life with Takaba where he doesn't use protections or pills(also in one of the prequel's extra, he tells Takaba to cum inside him). So the possible options would be the second and third.
That holding stomach panel is really confusing as the dialogue accompanying it make it look ominous. I mean, no matter how hard I tried to ignore it, it's pointing to him unable to conceived. But, I hope Karasuma will be able to have a baby. I want to see a baby. It would be too sad if he can't get pregnant. No, no, no, I don't want that. They deserved a happy family.
