Its basic. Every popular mpreg/omegaverse has had the characters have boys for the past 2 years. Its basic at this point
But it doesn't really affect the story unless they get their own stories, which is rare. They're just cute little chonks blessing our eyes with cuteness. Be happy

There are girl twins in Rikon Shiyagare Alpha sama. And the kids are usually boys so that they can get a sequel if possible. Like with Byul.
