Spoilers:
So, the MC is about as clueless and hard headed as you can imagine, but ML started to have inappropriate thoughts about his skin from the moment he saw his neck.
Eventually that lust leads him into not only seducing the MC, but deciding that he'd bear his child. Because he (the ML) was born with a specific kind of gift, because he is a descendant of the tiger god. Which grants him certain abilities that normal beast men don't have.
Now, he doesn't tell the MC that he can impregnate him. So, MC keeps trying to convince ML to flip roles, but tbh MC was born to be bottom (and he kinda knows it too). Eventually his heat hits, and badabing badaboom, they do it again.
The only issue is our little wildcat finds out that his partner is a tiger and freaks out, running away. He thinks he's fleeing for his life, because the ML/tiger is going to eat him. ML finds him after several weeks of cat/mouse and confirms that that the MC (still unaware) is pregnant -- with twins.
ML locks MC up while planning their wedding, because he was determined not to lose him again. mC snuck out of barely cracked window to go to the special beastman hospital because his abdomen was killing him. That's where he finds out he's pregnant, and he's overjoyed for the babies.
He goes back to his mountain home where his parents are, only to be greeted with a full blown carnival style festival. It's all being thrown by the ML who has introduced himself to the family as the MC's future betrothed. And then he delivers on that by publicly proposing to the MC. The MC says yes (because all misunderstandings were resolved) [MC had already met ML's parents, because when the ML decided he wanted to have babies with him, he'd already decided to spend forever with him]
Now it's the pregnancy stage, with some health scares & shared morning sickness. The babies are born, and not long after (in the chapters)baby number 3 is conceived. By the end there were 4 babies altogether.
Just read the light novel and I cannot wait to see if the manhua stays true to it. Ended up binging all 3 books in 2 days, it was really good!
