Im not sure if this is the one youre looking for but the mc waking up in a lake (turns out to be a place where ppl who off themselves go to) and a grim reaper (a woman perhaps?) sound kinda similar to “the last passage” on webtoon
can somebody find that underrated manhwa ahhh. The story goes when a person wakes up in a lake with a lil boat and the lake is dark and the grim reaper said that this place is afterlife and a heaven for people who killed thmselves and in order to go to that next life and reincarnate u have to cross the mountains of islands with the help of grim reaper. And this story is kinda scary i remember that there were monsters appearing due to the amount of fear a person have. Oh also if u drink the water u lose ur memory and if u touch peoples like belongings u will regain memories etc
