They did test it, I think. While MC tried to fix them up.
Or MC tested them illegally. I think the percentage dropped immensely.
they said all of ml's guides dropped thier percentage. I think ml started rejecting all other guides.
in the original novel mc was 47% but it slowly dropped very low over time. og mc was 90%
so they may have tested but percentage can change
