In Jealousy, the Mangaka switches from past to present. In the sauna scene (Jealousy) Rogi mentions the Berlin Wall collapsing which happened in 1989, so we can assume Tatsu was born in 1989. Remember Rogi is obsessed with Tatsu's dad so he's recalling his time with him. Jealousy is after all Rogi's story.
The present in Jealousy is the present at which Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki leaves off. The last chapter of Yondaime is three years after Tatsu and Nozo met so at the beginning of Yondaime Reika is about 5,and at the end of Yondaime Reika is around 8.

I went back to check for any dates, and at the beginning of Jealousy it does specify that the flask back is in 1989. Rogi and Tatsu's dad (forgot his name) met in 89.

Everything's fine but I can't understand reika's Character. I mean in the manga whereas tatsuyuki was still a baby reika was maybe already 8?? Whereas in the spinoff tatsuyuki is grown up and yet reika there is maybe 5??
