I don't think he's trying to get pregnant so Levi doesn't leave him. It's more like, "If you leave me at least I will always have something to remember you by". I think Eren thinks that since Levi didn't mark him or completed the bond he probably doesn't love him, like the guy he encountered in the street told him, he must be thinking he's either playing with him, or just he's reacting because of the pheromones.
