I’m guessing he gets hurt because of him so he leaves him after he gets well for his own good. That’s why MC doesn’t remember him or got the chance to get his memories back of him because he wasn’t even there as a reminder
... I'm still waiting to find out how he forgot who the hell he was ╮(￣▽￣)╭ cuz the only answer could be amnesia and I'm like that's some fucked up amnesia to just forget him and remember everything else
