Welp, their relationship from the beginning was fucked up already so I'm not surprised. But pls do keep reading till the end of s3 (latest chapter). All they've been doing was for each other because that's how they love each other. Their character development is worth it!

this has actually been my #1 favorite manhwa for many years, but ever since the chapter where seongrok sexually assaulted jeoh, things just haven’t felt the same, especially since there was no follow-up on that scene and things proceeded to move as if it never happened (from what i remember). it just really broke my heart when that happened bc it quite literally defeated the purpose of their relationship and what it was built on, so i kind of stopped regularly keeping up with it from that point on. therefore, i’m not aware of whether or not that issue was ever brought up again later or if there was any sort of development related to it, which led me to make this post. for those who have continued to read it while also acknowledging whatever went down, what are your thoughts? i do still want to catch up on it at some point, but my heart just hasn’t been in it since all that happened. i’d love to hear someone else’s opinion and how they feel about seongrok and jeoh’s relationship from that point to where it’s at right now.
