I hope it’s just the case of his body telling him what he needs aka to claim his omega and the fact that he hasn’t is making his body not work properly like when you’re really hungry and your stomach starts growling at you but if you ignore it long enough, it stops and you can’t feel hunger anymore. I hope it’s something like that.
