Yes… like that’s the whole thing, Chase is dumb and very inexperienced so he just never questions it
Chase is actually really dumb and doesn't have much knowledge about all the omega-alpha things.....

As far as I remember from the novel, the scar will be brought up in the future where chase will ask Josh what it is....and Josh will make up an excuse(and chase will just accept it and blv josh).....later on chace will find out the truth about this scar and hence find out that josh once gave birth....
There's a huge as scar across his abdomen!! HE didn't notice it?!?!? And what about his mark!?!??!!?!?? AND HE IS GETTING WET!!!!! IS CHASE DUMB?! WTF!??!?!
