The guy is the teddy bear and she wants to hold the leash (ribbon) to control him (she wants to dress him and all).

It means the teddy bear is the new moms husband and everyone wants him just like that teddy bear displayed ( the rubbon means how rosa is dressing him up for the day her mom did the same with the toy giving it to rosa as a present and asking her to put a ribbon on it whichever one she likes and think would look good on it ) just like how shes asked to dress him up for today her mom trusts her on this task cause they know what one another likes (rosea and her mom) so rosa in one word is getting jealous on how eveyone wants a peace of that teddy bear cause she her self likes him too she just hasnt realised it yet and dosnt wanna admit it ( like a territory marking i guess ) (sorry am rlly bad at describing things i hope i made sense qwq)

Why would she fuck with the guy and present him as her future husband if her intention was actually to play match maker for him and her daughter?? Also what loving mother would think to match up her precious daughter with a call boy from a host club?? Like aren't parents usually wanting the best for their child??
