Help me find this manga

It’s about a ghost girl and the guy. Idk if she lives there and he moves in or what. Anyways hes got black hair and a stubble, a well built filled out man. And she’s got long black hair that covers her face. It’s a very smutty josei manga that I looked for in all 148 pages of the tag “ghost” and couldn’t find. They are super freaks I could never out match their freak. There’s also a few chapters with a vibrator and stuff. I’m pretty sure there’s some plot hidden in their about him finding her son and someone wanting to come exercise her but he like wont let them. Please help!
