Uh... No one is denying that. No one is condoning his behavior. We are just seeing the context of why he's bat shit crazy. It still doesn't excuse his behavior, it's just an explanation.
What he did to Samyeong was horrendous. No one is glorifying it nor supporting it.

Obviously he didn't have a proper roll model or proper fair and kind adults to show him. So of course he's going to act childish and needy when no one wanted him. Everyone wanted him dead. Psychologically it makes sense.
However, just because someone has mental health issues or has a bad upbringing doesn't excuse their actions.
It's fucking sad what he went through. I would want to burn everything too if I was in his shoes in a fictional sense.

And I couldn't agree more. He's fucked up. He's sick in the head and is starving his own people because he's a bad ruler. He's cruel to his servants. I hope that by the end he at least will be kinder to those who are kind or can be kind to him.
