Just curious... what makes u interpret that way. I mean even thjs chapter it was blatantly spelt out Seth loves horus when fg mentions love and meeting new ppl and the flashbacks Seth gets are of horus...
This story are very nuance, Seth loves Horus of course, but he hates him. He was part of Osiris too, just like everyone around him. Yet, he embrace Horus and still wanting Nepthys.
Seth remembers Horus because he was the only one who 'love' him for him. (I mean looking at the spoiler...)

It'll be clear by future chapters I won't spoil u but you'll see soon why is that. And seth actually didnt want nephyths back. When nephyths confronts him abt if he really loves her he goes blank yk ( minor spoiler) and the reason he ran back to her was ofc because he wanted to check up on her and was happy that she never cheated on him but thats part of the reason. For the most part he was running away because the lies hathor said abt horus love being mirror influence n being fake hit seth really hard it came as a huge blow n if u re read tje chapter he goes dumbfound and immediately mumbles that ofc nobody would love someone like him". He fell for those lies because of his deep rooted insecurities that osiris pumped him by altering his reality upside down. Like literally its so sinister n heinous on osiris part to convince seth that his entire existence is more useless than the even the god of flowers and that osiris is responsible for seth having any influential powers and to make him believe that even his wife would choose to cheat cuz seth is un manly n infertile (fake ofc) . He broke seth to the point of no return tbh and wven after alll that seth falling for horus was a huge step in his healing n rediscovering self journey but it all came crashing down because of their misunderstanding n horus immature rash crash out. Mind u. Seth had all reasons to immediately fight horus when he found out the secret of mirror nephyths but he said himself that he alrdy overlooked that and as u said ennead is heavily nuanced. By his actions n words we can see that mirror fact didnt even faze him as bad as horus love being fake. In such a situation he chose to escape n clung to the only source of stability he could think of. Nephtys and knowing that she didnt cheat on him he felt he could escape to a nostalgic haven of emotional security
Of course Seth hates Horus, was people reading different story or what FFS.
